Booking conditions
The simplest way to your vacation happiness is a apartment online booking. On the booking tool you can see the best price and choose between the booking conditions and also take out cancellation insurance at the same time. This means you are well covered.
If you decide not to take out insurance, we ask for your understanding that in the event of a cancellation for a reason that would be covered by insurance, we will not be able to cancel free of charge and you will be liable for the cancellation costs in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
Cancellation policy
Best available rate:
- 30% deposit, at booking
- the village tax has to be paid on spot
- you can transfer the remaining amount or pay it on spot
- For rebookings up to two months before arrival, we charge a €30,- processing fee (no rebooking possible within two months of arrival).

- upon 2 months prior arrival: € 30,- processing fee
- upon 1 month prior arrival: 40% from the total amount or the deposit
- upon 1 month until 1 week prior arrival: 70% from the total amount
- cancellations within the last week: 100%

Cancellations
Not so seldom it comes differently than one thinks, the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely canceled. Cancellations must be made in writing. The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1, 10 FAGG does not apply, The cancellation conditions are adapted to the price rate you have booked and appear under details of the selected rate.
Please note the non-refundable rates are non-rebookable and non-cancelable from the time of booking, the advance payment will be retained in full.
We would like to save you these unnecessary costs and therefore recommend travel cancellation insurance!

In case you decide against a cancellation insurance, we ask for your understanding that in case of a cancellation, with a reason that would be insured, we can not make a cancellation free of charge. In this case the above mentioned cancellation conditions apply. We therefore recommend that you take out insurance.

Arrival - Departure
Your Apartment as well as the Garden Lodge are available for you at 16.00 on the day of arrival. On your departure day, we ask you to leave the Apartment until 10.00. We understand if your arrival is delayed. If we are not notified, we can reserve your apartment until 11.00 am the next day. Delayed arrivals or early departures (for ex. due to weather, etc.) do not allow for price reductions. Fees for unused days must also be paid. Unused services (wellness, breakfast) cannot be transferred to other persons.
Other
Only the registered number of people is allowed to use the facilities! The recreational facilities of our holiday resort are not public. We ask for your understanding that it is not possible for your visitors to use these facilities. Dogs are not allowed in the lodges and in the apartments.
Please be aware that there are limited opening hours at the reception desk and restaurant during the low seasons.
